The main goal is to increase ticket sales, reduce operating costs and the distance between customer and event. Ticketnet is owned by Ticketline and it is certified by the Tax Authority (AT) with the number 1388 / DGCI.

Today Ticketline has over 540 retail outlets, 460 venues, 24/7 on-line access at www.ticketline.pt and Facebook through a customized App, and a call-center for information and booking (1820). Regarding the events promotion, and in addition to the mentioned media, Ticketline also provides publicity on "Ticketline Magazine" on paper and at www.magazine.ticketline.pt.

TicketNetAcessos system provides access to the event / venue through the terminal management, entrance doors, different types of tickets and updates, in real time, of all recorded information.

Ticketline ensures all the monitoring service to the producer, the venues and outlets, as well as technical assistance 24 hours / day, through remote and / or in person support to ensure the smooth running of the system.

Simple, completely safe and on-line 24 hours / day, the Ticket Line website is recognized nationally and internationally. On average, it offers and publishes 300 events simultaneously being visited by about a million and a half people / month.

The customer can search the event either by name, category, district, area and / or by date. He can view videos, synopses and venues contacts (address, telephone, GPS and access to means of transportation).The site also has a Best Selling Top and a list of some of the recommended events of the week.

When buying a ticket at www.ticketline.pt know that the site security is tested daily by McAfee Secure. The purchase can be paid by credit card, PayPal, Wallet PT or ATM reference.

MEO TV subscribers can now purchase tickets for any event on sale at Ticketline through the TV, safely and without having to leave home. Payment can be made by credit card, Pay Pal, Wallet PT and ATM (reference is sent to the mobile phone).
