From 6 to 13 June, a series of moments to Celebrate Cascais.
June is once again a time of celebration in Cascais. From 6 to 13 June, we invite residents and visitors to Celebrate Cascais and revisit the history and traditions that have shaped the municipality since 7 June 1364, when King Pedro I elevated what was then a fishing village and land of kings to the status of Municipality.
Over eight days, we celebrate 661 years with a programme of initiatives that bring together culture, sport, memory and entertainment, strengthening the community spirit and identity that make the Municipality of Cascais so distinctive.
