EVOLUTION Bar Fest – Chapter 2

Bar Fest positions itself as a festival of bar culture, lifestyle, and sensory experiences, celebrating contemporary mixology, creative gastronomy, and music in a relaxed atmosphere aligned with the EVOLUTION spirit.

Throughout the event, participants will have the opportunity to discover innovative brands and national and international bartenders through tastings, demonstrations, cocktail pairings, talks, and masterclasses dedicated to trends, techniques, and innovation in the bar industry.

Gastronomy will also play a prominent role, with a street food area curated by our Chef, featuring relaxed and creative offerings designed to complement the cocktail experience.

One of the surprise highlights will be a Bar Flair show, featuring a choreographed performance that combines acrobatic and competitive flair techniques, delivering a dynamic and unexpected experience for guests.

Music will accompany the festival throughout the day, culminating after 8:00 PM with a Sunset Session on the Upper Deck, sponsored by a partner brand and featuring a Deep House DJ Set, with stunning views over Estoril and the Atlantic Ocean.
