On September 21, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, we will be holding the Food Plating MasterClass by Chef Rui Mota, an immersive training experience dedicated to the art of plating, combining creativity, technique, and gastronomic design.
Throughout the session, participants will explore the principles of visual composition, engage in practical exercises in sketching and plate planning, and learn plating techniques with expert guidance, culminating in a creative presentation accompanied by professional photography.
The training will be led by Chef Rui Mota, a multidisciplinary culinary creator and instructor at institutions such as the Estoril School of Hospitality and Tourism and the Faculty of Food Sciences of the University of Porto. He brings extensive experience in culinary innovation, sustainability, and fine dining.
